Making wellness accessible to everyone.
Our Wellness Ambassadors support our work to help us create safe spaces through our support hubs and online. Our work involves helping people consume difficult subjects and the resources on this page are designed for people to access wellness wherever they are.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as ‘tapping therapy’, is a transformational body-based psychology practice that brings us home to the body. It integrates the Chinese meridian energy system with modern Western talking therapy, but its touch component means quicker results.
At times of extreme stress or grief, manifesting in panic attacks or waves of bodily anxiety, EFT provides a fast and efficient method of self-soothing and restoring a sense of self.

Sound healing/sound Meditation
Vibrational sound meditation (sound bath) is a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. A sound bath is quite different to other meditation practices as you are laying down and focusing purely on the sound vibrations and sensations from the special instruments that are played. Sound baths are a great introductory to meditation as it’s very easy to drop into a meditative state without having to focus too much on anything else other than the sound.

Breathwork meditation
Breathwork and meditation are powerful tools for regulating our physical and emotional bodies. By deepening the breath, we send a signal to our brain to slow down and move from the sympathetic nervous system (“fight or flight”) to the parasympathetic nervous system (“rest and digest”). By bringing our awareness to our breath we can achieve mental clarity and calm. Breathwork and meditation are scientifically proven to improve mental and physical health, reduce stress and anxiety, and provide relief from trauma.
